Milder than many sprouts Red Beet has a delicious earthy taste and the most incredible bright colour. They can be eaten raw in salads and we have been putting it on toast, jacket potatoes and sprinkling it over roasted vegetables. It gives a deep rich flavour and adds a beautiful garnish. This seed can be used to grow beet greens or beet sprouts but please note that growing these as sprouts will produce a lower yield than growing them as microgreens.
